My boyfriend and I came in for dinner and it was great! We had Danielle as our server and she was one of the best servers I?ve... ever had! My boyfriend?s steak wasn?t cooked how he wanted and our server made sure to take it back and make sure it was cookedto his liking! I had the balsamic glazed chicken and it was cooked perfectly! My son and I consider going to O'Charley's as a treat. I had to Atlantic Salmon and broccoli and he had the Chicken Parmesan... along with desserts. The service by Danielle was top notch and she is delightful. The evening manager was very nice andthoughtful. The dinner as always was perfectly cooked and delicious. We had so much food that a doggy bag was needed and our 2GSD's enjoyed the extra over their kibble with gusto. My family and I drove over an hour to have dinner here and the service was outstanding! The management and staff made my family... and I feel very welcome! The food was hot, fresh and came out in no time! There was no wait at the door. We were seatedimmediately and taken great care of.
