They still are not providing good service at all. They just opened up the inside of the restaurant for dine in service and... bathroom. They are still majorly understaffed and need to have a big hiring to assist with staffing issues! The food was averageas this time the meat to the burger was Suprisingly over cooked as opposed to being typically under cooked. No napkins availableand unfortunately no straw available which is a horrible disservice. Read more
It's a McDonald's. Although all ordering is done at kiosk. My daughter and I were fi e with it, my father struggled a bit. ... Restroom was very clean. Did not have spicy nuggets or the catus meal. Fountain was out if soda syrup. Good enough to feed astarving college student. Read more
Just got rejected at McDonald's on memorial avenue, for pretty much no reason at all they slammed the window and put the lock on... the window on both windows and rejecting me pretty much for nothing I gave my order and the girl said she did not hear me so Isaid you can't hear me and she went to talking about you don't have to have an attitude well I don't I said and the girl lockedthe window and the other window and rejected my order, so very rude I don't want to ever go back there again Read more

This location said they don't honor receipt surveys; bogo sandwich. So, we paid for it. The manager was rude when I asked her... why? Never answered the question. Manager "T" closed and locked the window. Still not sure why but she refused to give me areceipt and wouldn't give us any sauce for the nuggets we purchased. After sitting there for a few minutes, I walked back to thepay window and said we just need sauce and our receipt. The female said, my manager wants you to leave. As we drove off, thewere laughing?? Been here for 2 years this is by far the worst McDonald's ever. Didn't get half the stuff on our order. 20 piece chicken nuggets... and only one sauce we ordered. Went back in to get more of the only gave us one. Will not be back to this particular store. Read more
