I use the drive through and they're always really nice and fast. They've never messed up my order, so that's a huge win as well.
First and foremost customer satisfaction is top priority.. I went thru the drive thru this morning and ordered a #2 with small... orange juice .. with 4 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins when i got back home.. I realized all my sandwiches were made withoutegg. I call the store and was greeted with such an attitude, disrespect and just unwillingness to satisfy me with rite food orrefund. The lady who answered the phone told me she was a manager and that she could fix the mistake but that shouldn't make abid deal of it.. o then asked for the GM name (claiton) but would refuse to tell me if he worked later or when was the besttime to call back and speak to him then she abruptly hung up the phone. For frappes for the family. We ordered the wrong thing and the great guy that brought them out in the freezing cold with a... huge smile on his face. Love that guy! The store was not busy at all. However; my food was throw together and the cashier kept saying, "just give me your card". Which... clearly made me uneasy. I open the deluxe chicken sandwich, three tomatoes and only one on the sandwich. On top of it all, ahand full of lettuce; all over the sandwich and container. Then look at how one hamburger is FLAT like its been stepped on...Two thumbs down, and i wont be returning. Read more
Average McDonald's. It is typical fast food. The expected. The service is par, most employees seem as though they begrudge the... opportunity (find a little gratitude, you have an income ????), though occasionally you may get one that seems to enjoy life andaccepts the lot of the opportunities provided.
