Workers are regularly rude and unknowledgeable. I arrived at 3:15 today and they were out of chicken fingers but it seemed to be... some kind of funny joke. It's just one more place falling victim to the participation trophy mentality. I hope these youngpeople are paid well for just showing up. Read more

This place Is the best, food is always fresh!! The crew is awesome and kind!! They get you in and out of drive through in know... time, with hot fresh food!! Way better then McDonald's!! Read more

Stopped for breakfast this morning, ordered an ice water with it. The ice melted, this is what was left in my water. I'd say... it's about time to clean the ice machine. If your going to eat here, at least drive thru, I'd order no ice in my drinks. MostHardee's drive thru do not make ice, it comes from a machine in the back. Disgusting!!! These machines are supposed to becleaned at least every 3 months. I used to work at a Hardee's. I just dumped my entire insulated cup out because I'd poured thisin to it. Yuck!!!! Read more

Our order taker was very pleasant and polite. Our food was hot and delivered quickly. The issue I had was that the ENTIRE time... Our order was being taken, and while we waited at the drive through window, a manager and employee were complaining aboutanother employee/manager. I actually even spoke INTO the window to tell the manager that we could hear their entireconversation/complaining session over the order microphone...she looked at me...then continued to have their rather loudconversation behind the front counter. I thought this was VERY unprofessional, especially after I mentioned it. They nevermoved to help the drive through person fill orders..or to do anything. (manager did open the front drawer...so perhaps wasworking) but not what I expect to have to hear when getting lunch. Read more
