The workers are super sweet but I've had a couple issues... 1) a wrap that wasn't warmed. Idc about how long you put it is for... our blaming the machine... but they did let me come get another one. 2) I have had 3 surgeries on my feet in a year and haveneuropathy.... there's NO reason for them to not doing the mop or better. They had noted the whole lobby.. assisted a man infront of me and myself before putting a wet floor sign out... and idk about VA but I know in NC they're required to have them somany feet apart... they had one, in the middle of the lobby. It was later in the day when I was there, so that could explain why the doughnut selections were very limited. I was... disappointed that there were no original. I ended up with something powdered that was filled with some kind of fruit filling.It was just okay. The service was good and the iced coffee enjoyable. I will be back, just earlier in the day! I mobile order every Sunday morning and they never have it ready and often not correct order. This morning they shoved 5 ... chocolate covered donuts into a small bag without any napkins or wax paper between them. Needless to say it was a chocolatemess all stuck together and after trying to pull the donuts out peice by peice I just tore the bag open spreading chocolate allover. Unreal! You've lost another customer because of your lackadaisical employees. Read more
Even though they were out of pumpkin doughnuts we were able to get the Iced Pumpkin Latte which was delicious. We also ordered 2... doughnuts and unfortunately one of them was wrong, I didn't realize it until I was across town. I'm hopeful that employees willbe more careful and check the accuracy of orders next time. Read more
Price to Content ratio is in the negative. Not much left in a modern day Dunkin? donut. One big price and One tiny squirt of... filling is the new norm?when any donuts are even available. Today was free donut day with any drink purchase. The refreshers are the BEST... just request no ice bc your drink will be... filled to the rim with ice and 2 sips of drink. The lines stay long but they move pretty fast. My only issue... my donuts areNEVER warm. They always cold. Other than that... good customer service. Read more
