Ordered online..deluvery said 1 hr wait time. 2hrs later I called. They were short handed and ready to close early. I was... promised my delivery in approx 15 min. I received NOTHING I ordered!! I called back and was promised a complete refund and 3free med 2 topping pizzas due to the mess up. I called the next day and was told I could only receive a credit for exactly whatI ordered and that was all!!! On top of that..the pizza with 2 toppings for 6.99 is a joke!! They charge if you ask for xtracheese and then another topping!! Cheese is not a topping included in the two FREE toppings!! My order for pineapple and xtracheese was over 10!!! And that is WITH the coupon!!! FYI: DONT BELIEVE DOMINOS TO DO WHAT THEY PROMISE ESPECIALLY WHEN THEYMAKE THE MISTAKES!!! Just sayin.... Read more
This is the worst domino's location in all of lynchburg. The customer service is subpar every single time I go here. Tonight on... 10/26/22 I placed an order online at 7:05pm. Arrived at the store at 7:40 to be told that the order hadn't even been put in theoven all the while the order online said completed ready for pickup. Had to wait another 20 minutes just for food to be done.Then when food is finally done the cashier outright argued with me about putting the sauces I had already paid for in the bag.Literally every single time I've ever gone to this one they've misread the receipt and then argued with me when I correctedthem. At this point it's borderline theft when I pay for 3-4 extra marinara sauces and they almost refuse to give me what I'vealready paid for online. Cashier was rude, manager was rude, and I waited close to an hour for two pizzas and an order of cheesesticks only to end up arguing about marinara sauce. And the kicker? When I first arrived and was told my order hadn't evenstarted cooking I was told the water had been shut off to the store and that's why they were struggling. That is DISGUSTING. Assomeone who has worked in food service the fact that they have gone part, if not all of the day, being incapable of washingtheir hands, cleaning, or washing the dishes makes me want to vomit. The fact that they are cooking with hands that haven't beenwashed for potentially hours should really be investigated by the health department. Do better dominos, and as for customers doyourself a favor and just go to the domino's on wards road. Read more
Had a horrible experience. The manager was completely rude and refused to give her name. She talked over me, would not let me... explain or have a civil conversation. She placed me on hold without warning. I?ll never go here again. Read more

Always hope for the best but we probably some of the worst customers service last night we ordered pizzas at 7:11pm and they... didn?t arrive until 10pm the staff when I called kept lying to me saying it?s in the oven or on the way and it was not. We endedup with the wrong pizzas after waiting almost 3 hours. I had to have many conversations before the manager would give our moneyback saying ?there is nothing I can do?. I?ve worked in the service industry for many years there is always something you cando. They may be understaffed and I get that. It?s been a while since I?ve ordered from Domino?s. So tonight I ordered my favorite specialty pizza. Ham, Pineapple, bacon,... and jalapeño peppers. It came on time and Hot! Not to mention a super delivery guy with a great smile. Thank you to the teamwho made this tired lady happy. Read more

Answered the phone cheerfully when I called, answered my... questions and even enlisted his supervisor to ensure he was giving me correct info.
