Love the ice cream here and the many options , missing one star because the staff here gets too many things wrong too often. I've bought 2 birthday cakes from the lynchburg store and both times had things wrong with them. This last time I had a manager... contact me after I sent in the pictures of my cake. I was told that they couldn't control the color the machine produces. It'sas close as possible. The picture in the book wasn't what my cake looked like at all. Mets baseball team is blue and orange. Myson's cake was not completely covered in icing. Plus, it was pink and blue. All they said to me is "that I took the cake and Icouldn't get a refund." I didn't ask for a refund but some other way to compensate for the loss of money I put to it. Of courseI took the cake. My son's party was only a few hours from the time I picked it up. I've managed my own store and never did Iever leave a customer unsatisfied. We tried anything to accommodate for the inconvenience. Never will I shop at that storeagain.
