it took over 30 minutes for a door dash and the employees and manager were just talking to each other with 7 other people... waiting for mobile orders. when we mentioned that we?d been waiting for 30 minutes he then started to work on the order.absolutely not okay and will not be going back. Worst Chipotle I have visited. They repeatedly make mistakes on my online orders to the point where I now examine each order... before leaving. They are usually very slow moving, can be noticeably stingy with portions, have been hostile towards me when Imake mention of their mistakes (politely). Constantly out of basic components of their product such as corn! They run out ofsupplies WELL before closing time (~1.5hrs in some instances). They routinely overcook the their meats. Terrible. My rating isrelative to my past experiences with numerous other Chipotles across the United States. I have largely enjoyed Chipotle over thepast 12+ years, but this site is terrible. Read more

Didn't have some items and food bar was disgusting Looked like it hadn't been cleaned since opening. Asked for extra cheese... and guy making my food said that is extra. I told him I wanted extra and intend on paying for extra. Just kept right on makingmy bowl .Place is unclean ,bad attitudes and needs to be turned into health department and management if they care . okay, I love chipotle and the product is definitely what keeps me coming back, but not to this location. They act like the fact... I would like to give them an order to make and business at all is an inconvenience. Every time though it tastes decent, it?salways luke warm temperature and you can tell the food has been sitting out for hours while flies buzz around the store all tothe tune of around $20 per experience. just go to another location Read more

I love Chipotle, which is why it got 2 stars instead of 1. They routinely mess up my orders. I've ordered online before and... ended up waiting so long (30+ minutes late on the order) that I would have been faster to get in line when I showed up. Anothertime I received a burrito with a whole half a bell pepper on the outside for no discernable reason. I've stopped going toChipotle because they disappointed me so many times. Read more

I love chipotle?.saddens me to rate this location?.First time at this location. Not greeted entering or exiting. 5-7 steak... piece?s gritty & fatty, ordered queso but no queso and black spots on leafs. Had the craving?so disappointed. My fiancé and I have been to this Chipotle several times hoping for better results, but they never really surpass the trip... before. Almost every time we have gone, they have either been out of food (even things they?re advertising for you to try), theline has been closed and you must order online only, the food is very minimal even when asking for extra, and the sides that youpay for are barely filled.
