The food was, as always, delish. The service was fast and and all the employees were very nice, and knowledgeable about the... products. Traffic nightmare at lunch especially because it's so popular! Parked way away and walked to place an order. Everything was... excellent. They did the best they could with the massive crowd. We were seated and given menus, our orders taken and our food soon delivered to our table. Everyone was dressed in uniforms. Our... server, Anna, was friendly, courteous, and very up-beat. Our meal was brought to our table with a smile and our server checkedon us periodically. It was as pleasant an experience as I have had in fine dining restaurants. We will be back. I know it's just chicken and potatoes, waffle fries, but how does it taste so good? I tried the seasonalmilkshake. I steer away from spiced pumpkin anything and by the end of the year I run away from the same, but their seasonalspiced milkshake was something different. The Chick-fil-A?s in Lynchburg frequently disappoint, but this one is the most disappointing. About 90% of the time I can except... that something will be wrong with the order. Usually, it?s that they barely fill the fry container halfway. What?s weird to meis that the only good experiences I have with this location is when I eat inside. The food and the portions are much better.This makes no sense to me as the food is pulled from the same place. Additionally, the fries should never get to the customerlike this. The person filling the container should have decided it wasn?t full, the pursing bagging the food should have decidedit wasn?t full. It?s insane this happens almost every single time. Read more

This location certainly moves the cars quickly through the drive thru so do not be discouraged if you roll up to a long line.... However, someone needs to get a memo to the kitchen, salt the fries! They are much better that way ???? Read more
Ridiculous, they open a bigger facility but yet they still ?can?t do? well done fries??? Not can?t do but ?will not? do them. ... When I spoke with the owner I was given the excuse that allegedly corporate office has told them not to vary from the menu itemsas is. But I spoke with corporate office and they said it?s an owners option to offer this so, Dewayne the owner of thislocation cares more about making money and moving more people through than offering his customers what they want. Definitely one of the slowest Chick-fil-a drive thrus we?ve been to but the food usually makes up for it. Tonight we got home... with our food and every fry container was ridiculously under-filled and we were missing nuggets. We can deal with one box likethis but all of them is unacceptable.
