Customer service is always the best! There was a little wait time, but they apologized for the wait and kept me updated along... with taking care of all their other customers. I?ve never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered through the app, which doesn?t offer to pay at the... location (and some do). The fries were cold and burnt. I took them back and asked for new ones. The guy that put the fries inthe bag definitely had an attitude about it, like I was a burden. The fries were hot but old and stale. More so like chips.They?re brown. I?m not sure if it?s because they haven?t changed the oil in a while or what. But these were the worst fries I?veever had from Chick-fil-A. I love Chick-fil-A.
