Chicken ???? biscuit order messed up 3x in a row. Ignored it the 1st & 2nd time but... a 3rd time?! Replace that malfunctioning... cash register machine. Mistake #1: trashed ???? SEC (Sausage Egg Cheese) & BEC (Bacon Egg Cheese) order I returned. Would'vekept it & moved on had I known 15 min. later I recieve the EXACT same order! ???????? Wouldn't write this review had I left withoriginal order + 2nd EXACT same order + complimentary combo. for the inconvenience & frustration. Overall the wait time wasprobably approximately 30 min. 2. Chicken ???? sandwich (Spicy & Regular) is smaller, less batter, and slightlyundercooked. 3. Chicken ???? nuggets are undercooked. It would only take slight improvement in quality control. Awful experience. I work at cfa right down the road so ik how a cfa is supposed to work. They asked for a drink even though i... said i just wanted a wrap without the meal, obviously trying to squeeze money out of me, and then when my gf asked for a club nobun they started asking her why she didn't want the bun and asking if she had a yeast infection, which is so unbelievably rude.I don't have a short temper and i deal with cfa guests all the time and ive never been as frustrated as i was having to dealwith these insulting cfa employees. You pay $5 for the sandwich that is dry and size of chicken nugget! Chick fill a get your size portion right!!! How Embracing!!!

Few months back I was changed double on an order... being the persistent cuss I am when it come to "penny saved, penny earned"... and all that, I emailed the management. Top tier response and quick turn around. Much thanks all you employees supportingsummer operations for the Green Hall staffers that forget to bring their lunch or don't have an office fridge. Be aware that this location does not give the same level of service as a normal Chick-fil-A. The nuggets and fries are usually... just as good but sometimes I get a lot of burnt fries at the bottom or some really small nuggets. The chicken sandwich, on theother hand, always has a much smaller piece of meat than an off-campus Chick-fil-A would serve. I am not sure if they are tiredof the annoying customers that they have to deal with all day, but almost every employee taking orders is extremely unfriendly.It is the only Chick-fil-A I've ever been to where I feel like I should be apologizing for ordering. This is an on-campus Chick-fil-A and is really everything you'd expect from a college version of what is, anywhere else, a great... place to eat. It's okay. It's by far the best option on campus, but it's definitely not the real deal. Read more
