Stephen at the Wards Road location was great. He helped me with a personal order and also assisted me with my pick up for my... small catering order. I asked of i could borrow one of the heat packs as I had a 45 min drive to my destination. He tool car ofthat and helped me to my car. When I stopped by this afternoon to drop off the heat pack, he was still there and remembered me.Great service Stephen. I see why you are a team lead. Thanks! Read more
Tonight we had the best staff member check us out at Wards Rd drive through that we have had at any Chick-fil-a ever! Krista was... in training but was extremely thorough and careful with our allergy friendly order! Quite impressive!! We received a verygenerous full of greens and fruit market salad pictured below. The staff bagging food missed our 3rd salad and we had to go backfor it which was unfortunate but the food quality was excellent! Read more
No matter what. Chick fil a is efficient. Sometimes while I'm in line I place a virtual order and I get it before the cars in... front of me have even moved up and placed their orders. The kids working there are always friendly and smiling. They make surewe have enough napkins and sauce before pulling off. If you eat at chick fil a lot of times... I recommend getting the app, youcan rack up rewards points very quickly. Read more
I was pretty disappointed to find out that chik-fi-let does NOT support veterans. I went in for the free chicken sandwich... advertised and was sent from one location to another. After sitting in traffic and standing in line for another thirty minutes Iwas informed that they do not support veterans at this location either. Pretty disappointing. Guess I?ll be eating more cow.
