Was there tonight. The food quality was not anywhere near worth what we were paying for. A member of my party ordered steak... medium and it came out rare. My chicken cordon Bleu came out tasting like it was burnt. I've been there before and enjoyed itbut not sure I'll be returning. I went to eat with friends on 9/11/22 around 1:30 pm and we were very disappointed. Our server was a young lady with a kerchief... on and she almost completely ignored our table. It wasn't busy. We had to keep asking a dark-headed young man to help us. He wasvery gracious and accommodating but it wasn't his table and we felt bad. My friends hamburger was raw and had to be sent back,they didn't bring our appetizer until we asked about it AFTER our entrees arrived and the chicken salad was tasteless. My steakwas fine and our desserts were good but for the amount we paid I felt like we had to work hard to get service and it just wasn'tworth it. My wife and I and our 3 kids had dinner at Charley's last night. It was our first time eating here in several years. The food... tasted excellent and the service was great. However, my wife and I and our oldest child were all still hungry afterwards becausethe portion sizes were so small. Our bill, including the tip was $85 and that was with all of us drinking water and all 3 kidsordering off the kids menu. While the food tasted great, it was frustrating to spend $85 and then still have to fix a snack whenwe got home since we were still hungry. Read more

Very disappointing. Not what we are used to while dining here. Seated for 15 minutes before we received drinks. The service was... absolutely horrible.she was not friendly nor did she seem attentive. She didn't bring our appetizers at all we ordered. Not tomention the food was horrible. I got the chicken cordon Bleu which is normally great. I couldn't even eat it, it was fatty andseemed undercooked. The waitress charged us for the appetizers then when questioned us like we were lying. After asking toremove it from the bill, she brought us the wrong one. Like, another tables bill. We were there at 730 pm and they seemed justrushing to close. I even heard the next waitress tell a couple that had just been seated that they close at 8. She said you canstill order, just reminding you we close at 8. I've been eating here with my family since I was a child when they were in the mall. We love this place! The food is phenomenal... and the staff is always friendly. Not to mention I can always count on them as a place to host a celebratory lunch or dinner. Read more
