My husband who is a truck driver walked a mile to this location today to try and get a meal. he cant drive his semi threw the... drive threw and the doors were locked, so he walked up to the window to order and was told they would not serve him. Burger kingshould be ashamed... we will never spend another dollar at you establishment or any other burger king. Another trucker was thereas well and was told they would not serve him also... you lost money today and if this is how you treat truckers it isdispicable considering they deliver your food and with out us you would be out of buisness. I was scammed out of 1400 reward points by the drive thru employee and manager. I tried to use 1400 reward points to get a free... whopper with cheese reward. The drive thru employee claimed she couldn't hear me and said to drive to the second window. I didthat. At the second window the drive thru employee argued with me. Then she stated she was gonna get the manager cause I don'tknow how to use the app. For the record I used I have used the app several times at this same restaurant without any problems.Then the manager came to the drive thru window yelling and screaming at me in front of my family cause she already made thefood. And we didn't even finished ordering yet. She claims I didnt read what's on the bottom of the reward offer. But the appdid take the reward points off.Then she stated the order total was over $29. This an ok burger king. Was not the cleanist but the food was fixed fresh and the employees were friendly.
It's Burger King yes, but this guy, Isaiah helped me out of the kindness of his heart. I was lost and not feeling well and... stopped to use the restroom. He helped me when he didnt have to. He spoke to the call center and put the correct address in myphone. He took his time and attended to a stranger who was in need. This shows his character, a kind, caring and helpfulperson. I commend him. Should all our youth, and really everyone have these characteristics , this world would be abeautiful, peaceful and better place to live. Kudos Burger King for hiring such a wonderful person with excellent customerservice skills. We can get the same type of foods everywhere.
