Ok wait time for a table, however food order wait was a little lengthy and not quite right, potato wedges were tiny and looked... almost melted, burger had way too much pepper and the wait for the ticket and payment were excruciating. BASED ON TAKEOUT: The food has always been prepared correctly, hot upon arrival, adequate amounts of sauce. The staff even do... things they aren't supposed to (benefits customer; doesn't hurt bww) by splitting the bogo 15 (30 total) into 10, 10, 5 and 5 sothat my mom could try their wings for once. Definitely going to keep ordering. Also, the people on takeout duty, phenomenal. Never have I ever just wanted to tip for takeout till now. Read more
Super Disappointed in the Staff. Had my wife pick up my lunch & not only was it not ready but the person waiting on her said... ?who orders wings at 11am?. Canned shredded chicken is now being used for the Buffalo wraps?!?! Apparently according to the kitchen this has been how it Is... served unless specially requested. This IS NOT what it was last month when I got it last time nor how it's ever been. Tasteslike canned chicken no joke. Read more

The jerkseasoning was just cinnamon and clove, only overshadowed by copious amounts of brown sugar. So depressing. We went from BWW toApplebee's in a short manor. I feel like you don't go to this place for good service or food. You go to watch a game and for the atmosphere. My credit card... was even charged for the wrong persons order. And it will hold over $50 for several days until it goes back in my account. Andmy bill was under $20. Which I was of course also charged. It would have been nice if they could have at least put the wrongamount back immediately or offered me cash or something to have it right away rather than just saying sorry and moving on. AlsoI went to claim my points on my receipt and it told me it had already been claimed which means someone there is banking pointsrather than letting customers do it. I can make better food at home and I don't think the atmosphere is even really worth thetrouble. Read more
