The store is nice and clean, but book selection is deeply lacking. It?s so upsetting to have a book store which is known to be... diverse has stores that don?t honor that. I couldn?t even get Bloodmarked which comes in an exclusive BN edition in stock here.No, this isn?t the only time this has happened. I?m just finally fed up with coming into this store so frequently and not havingthem promote anything diverse. Don?t even give me that it?s not what sells either because you can?t sell a product that?s neverin stock. Just truly heartbroken by this store and how hard it is to get diversity or anything aside from what?s mainstreampopular. If that?s what you?re looking for then way to go you got it, but if you read a lot this becomes harder because thereare only so many popular books. Read more

The store itself was well stocked and orderly. I browsed for the item I was looking for and didn't see it. There was a lady... walking around talking with two other younger ladies who were just disruptive. I went to the front to ask for help and thecashier said he couldn't help and directed me to ask the lady who had been talking with the younger girls all over the store. Ideclined to interrupt her "tour", and was able to find another worker who helped me order what I was seeking. Read more

I love using the Starbucks at this location to study. The business hours are good, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is... relaxing. My only hang-ups are the lack of outlets and chilly temperature in the café during the winter. Read more

Today I walked into a lingering aroma of coffee so pleasing to the nose as well as the pallet ????. My eyes roamed the store... with so many choices of what to buy.... 50% off and amazing book annex prices. Oh how i could of gone broke today ( greatprices ????for christmas ????present ????choices). I have experienced lots of discrimination and rude behavior in this store. The last one was awful. I was confronted by staff... member David for telling him that a woman was shoplifting and stuffing books in her purse. He not only didn't believe me, heattacked me. He didn't care, he just came angrily towards me to attack me and verbally abused me in front of my husband achildren. He didn't say thank you at all. I have been a regular of this sad store that has little or not customers. I kept theplace in business for many years. This treatment is unacceptable and I reported him. Of course, he is still working therebecause he has no skills. He was never terminated for discrimination and abuse of a customer (of over 20 years). He is notbringing any revenue to the store, I DO. I would never go to that place again. Please buy on Amazon, it is much cheaper. Read more
