Me, my parents and two siblings went here at around 9pm on August 21 2022. The employees at both the drive-thru mic and... drive-thru window were extremely kind to us and made sure to get our order right. We barely waited long before getting our food.I'm from NY and started attending the nearby college recently. I have never been to an Arby's as well established as this. Greatplace! Read more
Just went through drive thru. Waited awhile before order was taken and when I received my drink there was no ice in it. I told... the person working the window that I needed ice but she said the machine was broken. I would not have ordered a drink if Icouldn't have ice and then when I left I had the wrong fries in order and did not have time to return. Customers should havebeen told that they had no ice so they could decide if they wanted a drink or not. Worst service ever. Read more
