Me, my parents and two siblings went here at around 9pm on August 21 2022. The employees at both the drive-thru mic and... drive-thru window were extremely kind to us and made sure to get our order right. Just went through drive thru. Waited awhile before order was taken and when I received my drink there was no ice in it. I told... the person working the window that I needed ice but she said the machine was broken. I would not have ordered a drink if Icouldn't have ice and then when I left I had the wrong fries in order and did not have time to return. Customers should havebeen told that they had no ice so they could decide if they wanted a drink or not. Worst service ever. Read more
