When I walked in I was greeted with Smiles and welcome . I asked for a room temp water and the man told me no problem . And... went to go get it right away . It's a nice little place hidden on the one-way portion of Atlantic Ave in Lynbrook. There's a really nice atmosphere to it and... lots of seating in the back. They have a pizza counter and a bar in front. My daughter and I went for lunch before a movie. Itwas a Thursday at noon so the High School lunch rush soon came. The kids were well behaved and the restaurant got super busyfilling pizza orders for them. We ordered the Pollo Portobello and the Rigatoni Fiorentina with a Caesar salad. Ordered off of Slice App for delivery. Food arrived promptly as usual. But they never follow the special instructions! I ask for... same sauce on pasta and they botched it. Not only that they completely left out my mozzarella sticks! If the food wasn't asdecent as it is they would get 1 star! 70 bucks for food.. you could at least get it right. The service is very good. I was disappointed in the food though. The veal was not fresh, it was so tough like chewing gum. They... replaced it immediately but got another bad dish with the shrimp being very tough and chewy. I know their pizza is very good andnice dining area. The cook needs to up his culinary skills.
