Literally the worst sonic in Tampa no contest. No matter how big , or small the order is you?re going to wait at the bare... minimum 30 min and you?ll be lucky if it comes out ?kinda? correct. Honestly if i could leave no stars i would because thislocation is an embarrassment. Read more
I got to sonic and sat at the drive thru box for 20 minutes after being told to wait. After no response I moved to the stalls.... She came on and asked me to wait. Nobody else is at sonic at this point. But I continue to wait. Another 15 minutes goes by andthe red light goes off so I click it again. The worker comes on agitated and asks me to wait. So I do. 15 minutes goes by andI?m about to leave when she comes on and asks me to move to the drive thru. At this point another man is in drive thru. Zero stars. Horrible service and wait times. Waited in the drive through for over 40 minutes for two slushees and popcorn... chicken at 9:00 at night!!! 3 hours before they close. What on gods earth would be taking so long. And the order was not evenright! No apology for the order being wrong just a dirty look from the employee. We entered the drive thru exactly at 10:20 that?s forty minutes BEFORE closing time. When we finally get to the speaker (the... drive thru line was not moving at all) it?s around 10:40 just for the lady at the speaker to say ?Sorry we can?t take any moreorders?. So how did you decide who gets to order and who doesn?t? At any time they could have saved people the headache ofwaiting in line and announced that they?re no longer taking any orders instead of having people be idle wasting gas in the drivethru line for over thirty minutes. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes... nothing from them. Theyre in there. Went to the window. They wouldn't open up. Gave... up and left. Don't bother with this place. Was told last time they were only serving drive through after letting me wait for 8min to hear that.... Read more
Can't tell you what the food is like. Arrived over a half hour before they closed waited in like four 15 minutes to be told they... were no longer serving anything with chili that it had to be prepped or and icees or frostys that the machine was being cleaned.Told them I was happy to wait, and was told that they could do the chili but not the drinks. After waiting ten more minutes andgetting to the window was told that they would not do chili tonight that if I wanted to wait I would have to wait until tomorrowwas in five minutes when I told them that was fine. They then told me that they were not serving me anything I ordered and if Idid not leave the premises they would call the police. First time at a sonic in a year, also the last. These are the two woman Ispoke to at the window, there was also a heav set gentlemen working in the back. Go to the checkers next door and get betterfood, better service, at a cheaper price and let these people who clearly don't want to work lose their job when this storefails. Read more
