ORDERED PIZZA LAST NIGHT AROUND 10 PIZZA CAME AFTER THE DELIVERY GUY KEPT ASKING DO I WANT MY CHANGE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I MUST... SAY AFTER TAKING THE PIZZA TO THE KITCHEN TO NOTICE THE PIZZA WAS NOT FULLY COOKED TRIED CALLING THE PIZZA HUT GOR THEM TO SENDTHE GUY BACK AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WORST SERVICE EVER. At 7: 40 pm tonight Nov.9th, 2022 I called to place a order. I spoke to a man and when placing the order he asked me what kind... of crust I paused I was thinking then the man said I needed to put you on holdI I have alot of customers in the lobby I need toget them out of here.I said if you put me on hold to take care them in the middle of my order you will lose my business he saidok and hung up. ZEORO stars awful customer service..I called another pizza company and they have customers service agents that all they do is answer the phone to provide great customer service. This is the second time in 4 days that I specifically ordered the original deep dish style pizza and I got what appeared to be... thin crust or hand tossed. Completely different texture and taste. Like cardboard with cheese. ???? Seems like unless I go toTarget or an actual Pizza Hut sit-down restaurant it?s done incorrectly. Very disappointing and wasted money. Read more
Ordered a large cheese pizza that was not cut fully so I had to use a knife. Not a problem. Then 16 count bone in wings where... the garlic parmesan which had a hint of garlic but nothing but butter and were naked as seen in the picture. Then the cheesybread was just regular bread. Not worth the almost 60$ for all of that. Which the only thing me and my kids enjoyed were thepizza.....not worth the time or money. Read more
Every time they?re behind, always late with my order. I even tried to order using the pizza hut app to save time carry out but... that doesn?t work. Ordered 15 min before, app says it?s ready but when I got there they told me to wait 20 min more.Unbelievable. Choose another pizza hut franchise. Read more
