great location, I called ahead and asked for the availability of the items i want since i had went to another location prior and... everything was sold out. Ordered rapid pick up and went to pick it up but I noticed there was a sandwich missing and I went to one of the team members,... Charles and he was amazing and very helpful. He treated not only me with kindness and respect but everyone (he even told alittle kid he would bring the food out to his table). This is probably one of the best run Panera Bread dining establishments I?ve been to. I?ve noticed that it comes down to... management and maybe in getting lucky with quality employees per the area.
