I went in.. couldn't decide what I wanted and couldn't pinpoint the delicious smell when I walked in the door.. the sweetest... lady helped me decide. Her name is Tia. I asked Tia to make me her favorite sandwich. She asked if I had any allergies orrestrictions- no I do not. I was super excited.. As a DOOR Dasher it is alarming to be ignored when striving to have excellent customer service on behalf of the merchant and... Door Dash. Being uignored, order started after pickup time and employees being unprofessional will force me to decline orders toyour store which in turn affects the customer experience! Get it together!
