Horrible customer service. Ordered a cheese pizza and a supreme pizza togo. Order was finished and it was a pepperoni pizza and... a meat lovers pizza. I told the girl behind the counter that the order was incorrect and she told me this is what they made,take it or leave it. Incredible. Maybe if the employees weren?t hanging out in the back of the store smoking pot they couldactually get the orders right. The girl behind the counter couldn?t even keep her eyes open. The owner of this store should beapplauded at the customer service and every employee needs to be fired. I heard Mother Fr over a dozen times while standingthere and they had the audacity to say something to me after I told them every order I get from them is wrong. If so many peoplehave an issue with this store maybe it?s not a customer issue? think it?s time for a new staff. Read more
First of all, the phone orders are being outsourced to another location now so it takes longer for the orders to be ready. ... Second, the person who took the call did not speak English well so she was difficult to understand and had difficulty taking myorder. Last night I purchased 2 pizzas. One 2 topping for $9.99 and one 3 topping pizza for $11.99. When I was given myreceipt for payment it showed another charge of $1.99 for an $11.99 MEAL DEAL. The clerk said I should have just been chargedfor 3 toppings but the girl who took the call charged me for the meal deal instead. The clerk also said she was unable to dorefunds because the Manager had the code for that so she said he would call me today by 11:00 AM if he decided to adjust thecharge. Well, I never heard from the manager so I called him today around 3:30 PM to discuss my issue with the charge. He tookhis time coming to the phone and he seemed irritated when he did because he was rude and dismissive. His ?long story short?explanation for the additional charge was that it is a ?coupon? for the MEAL DEAL. I have never used a ?coupon? before thatadded a charge to my bill but Mr. Rude insisted that the total bill was correct. Then he proceeded to say ?Good Bye? andabruptly hung up. Long story short, this is why I decided to post my experience here and NOT to patronize this location AGAIN! I refuse to pay extra for poor customer service from rude managers. Read more
Not great...actually pretty bad. They got my online order wrong, the staff weren't friendly, the pizza wasn't cut, wasn't tasty,... location was dark and hard to get to, and when leaving there was what I believed to be a gunshot possibly in the parking lotnearby. This place is ran bad and isn't even really safe. Please don't go. Read more
I used to like ordering from here because it was close, quick, and good price. Recent months though pizza is over cooked, and... the phone person OMG seriously, how hard it is to take a pizza order. So disappointed! Looking for alternatives?? Read more
I gave them 2 stars because they have been great in the past and we frequent this location, however, the last few times I have... ordered from this location, it has taken over an hour and the pizza arrives cold and with hardly any cheese. Very disappointing. I did try to notify the store but I sat on hold for a long time until I finally gave up. I also tried to email but said theirserver could not connect or something. After being a long time, frequent customer, I can no longer order pizza from here. Thisis no longer an understaffing issue, it?s a standard business practice. I ordered from here two days ago. Both the pizza dough and the cheese bread dough wasn?t cooked thoroughly it was very gooey and... soft. The sauce on the pizza I ordered was packed on. Uncomfortable amount of sauce. It took 1 hour and 3 minutes to deliver methe worst pizza I?ve ever had and i live 2 miles from the place. I love pizza and I threw 5 1/2 slices away. I have been buying Hungry Howie's chef salad for years at various locations which are always good. Last week I found this... location for the first time and I was amazed at how delicious this salad was. The best I had ever had. Same ingredients but adifferent twist and very generous portion.
