My husband and I ordered dinner here for my family. When I called to place the order the man who answered the phone sounded... disinterested and did not speak clearly. My husband picked up the order and when he got home there was an order missing. Hecalled Fresco Pizza back to inform them we were missing the the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo and they told him that he can returnand they would give him the order. My husband went back to pick up the order and when he returned home with the pasta the orderwas still wrong they have me a different pasta and no chicken. This place did not take the time to check the order the firsttime nor did they do it the second time. This is a very poor customer experience. Read more
My family loves this place! The Pizza, Pepperoni Rolls, cheese steak, everything is so good. Food is always fresh. Service is... great. Plus Its the only spaghetti my kid will eat because it like moms homemade spaghetti. :) Read more
I had a lasagna that came with a side salad and bread sticks. The bread sticks were hard and plain, I'm not too sure if this was... a bad day or what. The meat lasagna was fantastic and so was the salad. They are pretty busy on Friday evenings. A call in ordertook about 20 minutes. Would definitely return here. Read more
Been coming here since moving to this area about 3 years ago. They make a great pizza and it?s definitely one of the better... places I?ve eaten at in the Tampa Bay area. They seem to do pretty well for themselves as there is often a line/wait in theevenings. Keep in mind that they are closed on Mondays like most pizza places. I took off a star because although their pizzais good (I often order either plain or their pizza fresca in the personal sizes), a couple of other things that we sometimesorder like the chicken parm sub and the meatball sub have been inconsistent. Most of the time it?s fine but there have been acouple times where the chicken or meatballs have been a little off. It seems to be hit or miss and not sure why. They?re stillworth a visit if you?re looking for a good pizza from somewhere other than your typical chain restaurants. Read more
Went here for 7 years. Pizza is okay but after all the loyalty things have changed. A year of so back they added a credit card... charge of $4.99...something is okay but that is a bit steep. Then it became habitual that they would say 30 minutes and it wasreally 45 minutes...no problem go later to pick up that what they say. But this last visit was the straw that broke the camelsback. I was told 25 minutes for pickup, got there at about 40 minutes...I found about 12 others waiting. Okay, crazy night...Iwill be patient...15 minutes I walk up after having paid earlier and say " hate to ask, know you are super busy but am I alreadycooking?" They said yes, if not I would of prob asked for refund. Waited some more and another customer was talking about thewait and other things. I kept listening and no call for my number. Eventually go up again and say my number is such and such. And the girl gets super rude and says "yeah, we called it 3 times...ugh"...like I am a jerk for asking if they called it theywere not loud and no way it was 3 times! And if it was I never left and had asked earlier. No way they called it loud and 3times...it was crazy busy and loud in there. I waited 35 minutes in the store after having been told 25 originally and waitingextra 15 minutes to leave the house and then get attitude after having inquired earlier. It was very rude and I was respectful. Pizza isn't all that and then you combine the wait and terrible customer service. Horrible and to a loyal customer to boot. Additionally the owner could of talked to all the folks waiting and apologized and explained things. Anyway, I am done. I willdrive further for better quality and better customer service.
