One of our pizzas was missing toppings and the other one had a huge dent in it, almost like something fell on it. We also didn't... receive all of the dipping sauces we had ordered and for which we were charged for. Tried to report an issue on the ordertracking page online and they never marked the order as delivered or even out for delivery so it won't allow me to do anything.Waste of money and good tip. I ordered food this evening. After a hour of the food still not arriving I went to the tracker to see where my order was at.... This is when I see my order was canceled. I called into the dominos store where my order was placed. This is when Shawn answeredand said my ordered was canceled due to running out of ingredients to make the pizza. I said this is extremely unprofessional, Inever received a phone call (you have to put your phone number when placing a delivery) or even a email my order was canceled!It?s after 7pm now and myself and my children have not ate and we just got home from evacuating from the hurricane. He said wellwe did call coke customers and apparently your call never went though. I asked for a gift card in the amount of my order and hesaid no he can?t do that. I than asked for corporates number and he refused to give it to me and than said bye-bye (in a verysarcastic voice) and hung up on me. I get it, this is domino?s but what has happened to customer service or common sense. Ifyou?re out of ingredients how about call the customer and ask if they?d like a different toppings or to order somethingdifferent. I WILL never order again from this domino?s. I have been visiting this little Domino's carryout window for several years - but lately (last 3-4 weeks) their pizzas have hit... a new tier of perfection. My pasta was totally wrong. I order build your own with 3 different cheese only and I got a chicken cheese less pasta. The... delivery person left my order on the ground by the front door. I wish I didn?t have to tip ahead. This delivery person doesn?tdeserve a tip. I tried to go online to solve my pasta issues and all I got is do you want a free pizza or 20% of next time???Neither of those 2 options are good. How about dinner tonight??? What i ordered. Every time Jordan is preparing my order I don't get my order until HOURS later. When I call to speak to a Manager, he says he... is the Manager. I order at this store ALL THE TIME and he is the ONLY ONE. I feel he does this on purpose. The food is greatwhen he's not working. I have been ordering pizza and food from here for about 3 years and usually they are pretty good with the orders but recently... it's been kinda sketchy. This is one example of a large double pepperoni with banana peppers on half. They literally put tenlittle pieces of banana peppers on the pizza I mean come on really I couldn't even cover two pieces with that. Read more
I placed an order around 10:15 pm, and by about 10:40 it was ready to go. Great! Wonderful domino's, thank you. Except it is... currently 11:28 pm and the expected delivery is past midnight. I don't blame the drivers, there's only so much you can do. Butwhoever the manager is? Find a new line of work. Maybe huffing paint is more up your alley. If you don't have the drivers, don'toffer delivery. I would have happily driven there myself. Read more
