Went to get ice cream and did not have chocolate or vanilla which are the basic. Then went to get rainbow sherbert and got... freezer burned ice cream. The people working there don't show up to the drive up window. And then do they walk off and getsomeone else to take your order. Then they say that the ice cream is not avaliable. I've been in this store a few times over the past 2 years. No lights in their lot. Inside seems a bit dirty. Not well maintained... behind the counter. No names on flavors. Bottom of the container for many flavors. Tasted old. Not running to return. Need a newice cream ???? store We'll, looks like they cleaned up the store and partially remodeled it. It's a bit cleaner and it waslight in the store at Noon. Clerk not good at making cones. Signs on flavors all screwed up. Still has a way to go. Read more

There are 3 Baskin Robbins within about 7 miles of my home. I almost always visit this location because it's 24 hours but mostly... because they're one of the few that actually has the ice cream I want. The other night I went to a different location on my wayhome and when I got there their microphone was broken and they couldn't make any milkshakes (the one thing I wanted). Normally Iwould just give up and go home, but that day my dad was home sick and recovering from surgery so I wanted to cheer him up. Idrove another 20 minutes to get to this BR location, but when I got there the employee working drive-thru told me they had justtaken down the milkshake machine for cleaning. I was so disappointed and made it known when I responded to him. But to mysurprise he told me to hold on a minute, and when he got back he told me they would clean up the machine real quick to make myorder! I ended up not only getting the food I wanted but had a small moment of humanity with this employee. My disappointing,frustrating, and bad day had become joyous and compassionate. I know ice cream isn't really important (and this is a longreview) but from someone that has struggled recently this brief moment of compassion changed my entire disposition, and gave mesomething positive to share with my family. Thanks milkshake man! You fulfilled my peanut butter dreams and put a smile on myface during these difficult times. Read more
Door and website show 11pm closing time. Drive up to drive thru, no answer, multiple cars pull up and no response to any. Go... knock on door, no response, employees walk right past door and just ignore. Completely ignore everyone. A simple, hey we closedearly today would have sufficed, instead just ignored. Then, an employee getting off begins yelling and starting a shoutingmatch in the parking lot, after seeing me in the drive thru on at least two separate occasions and just ignores.
