Food is good like all arbys but mannnnn is this location slow. Every time I order I wait forever. If you order more then one... meal be prepared to wait 10 minutes and have them make you pull into the parking lot and wait. Also check your food because theyconsistently forget something. Went through the drive thru placed my order, to begin with the woman was rude and acting like she did me a favor. Soraya she... said she was a manager. One of the sandwiches was a beef and cheddar sandwich. I drove all the way home, and realize order isnot correct. I called of course no one answers. so I take order all the way back. She is rude again of course takes food andthen reprimands how I should of been more clear. What?s more clear than a beef and cheddar?? I get the bag back they didn?tremake the food it was cold all they did was add the cheese to a cold sandwich and made my other food cold! I asked where theold food was since, I had to drive all the way back as a courtesy (knowing they just added cheese and not replacing the now allcold food) if I could keep. She said no it was thrown away! I won?t be back at this arbys this was the worst service! I haveever received from your company and the rudeness is just unbelievable. We came at peak dinner and it was still stale. Kids behind the counter were friendly but never again. The fries and mozzarella... sticks which were great. The rest was truly awful. I ordered a half pound plain roast beef. First, they gave me a god awful drychicken monstrosity, colloquially known as the "chicken swiss". I went to the counter, asked for what I ordered. This time,they gave me the plastic cheese version, which was drenched in some kind of mystery sauce. See the puddle? Yeah. Super coolslimy bun as a bonus. Place was completely empty at 6pm. Saw one lonely car go through drive thru the entire time. I assure youit's a total mystery why. I didn't bother trying to get another replacement. Just get me out of here. Ugh. Read more
I'll start by saying I love Arbys, eat there often, and typically have no issues. Today I walked in and ordered right away with... no lines or issues, just two turkey gyros no onion or tomato. Obviously, the last bit went unnoticed, no biggie, I'll just pickthem off. Did so upon getting home, and found someone elses hair in my wrapped food. Yes, definitely someone elses, seeing as Ihave light colored hair. Still giving a star because service was prompt and polite. Read more
Arby's is certainly not what it once was years ago. Personally, they should have stuck with just selling the tastiest,... fast-food style, roast beef sandwiches around, and left it at that. Read more
