I usually don?t write reviews however I wanted to share that Christine (sorry if I?m miss spelling that) was super awesome. I... placed a order online and of course I messed it up terribly but I called the store and I got Christine she was so helpful andmay I add so Happy, Jolly, & Warm at 6am in the morning! She helped me so quickly! Upon picking up the bagels I thanked herbecause she had been so awesome and I told her that the box of bagels would be a part of my pregnancy announcement at work andshe was so sweet and sincere in her congratulations and best wishes ! One of my favorite spots in the area for a quick, satisfying breakfast or lunch. Their bacon, egg, and cheese bagel is... legendary. Can?t quite put a finger on what makes it so satisfying and perfect, maybe it?s the amount of times it?s cured ahangover? So good! Also so many of their menu items are customizable. THB used to be a home run, now it's average. Their impersonal screen based ordering system is like RoFo or McDonald's. Food... quality is uneven and doesn't match the aggressive pricing and still in place COVID measures make the 'feel' like that of a afast food chain. They also need to clean up... I hate when there are boxes or ongoing repair items just layingaround. Our first time to this location and it was great! We ordered online for in-store pickup and our order was ready and waiting upon... arrival. There's a shelving unit to the right of the cash registers when you walk in with all of the pick-up orders byalphabetical name. You can also order either at the kiosks to the left when you enter or at the cashier. The staff was friendlyand helpful. My daughter loved her TOASTED BAGEL with LOX, SCALLION CREAM CHEESE AND CAPERS. I had a French roast black coffeethat was perfectly brewed and hot! We'll be back for sure! Read more

Great local favorite location for coffee, coffee drinks, sandwiches, and other bakery items. Plenty of free safe parking a and... both indoor and outdoor seating. Open, airy, colorful decor, and soothing background music. Nearby shopping center on walkingdistance with Michael?s and pet store. Very convenient to have coffee and a bagel and run a few errands.
