The quality of service has tanked over the past few months. The employees don?t follow company standard protocols and any... questions are just answered with blank stares and ?I?m new?? but they have really been trained on how to swipe your credit card.I will 100% be going back to local ice cream shops in the Baltimore/Lutherville/Towson area and not this location. I have neverbeen so frustrated when trying to purchase ice cream, the experience is just not worth it. Read more
Very yummy but on the pricey side
Staff is always pleasant and helpful. You could tell the young lady at the register had a long day, but she was still pleasant... and patient with all the customers, and there were a LOT of them in there, today. Read more
Very yummy ????. My daughters love their soft frozen yogurts.
When I asked for a smoothie, the staff member seemed to be annoyed that she had to go into another room to prepare it. I had the... impression that she was the manager. The request screwed up the other two orders that my party placed. They forgot to ask forpayment before giving out the two yogurts. The others took their yogurts outside, while I stood there waiting to pay. At leasttwo parties behind me were checked out first. The staff seemed to be in a big rush.
