This location by the Timonium Fairgrounds has a drive-by but has a tiny, overwhelmed staff that tries. Tiny inside, couple... tables outside right in a busy parking lot. Read more
Store is ok overall but two big problems: 1) the tables available outside are sitting in the middle of a parking lot (which, ok)... and in the RAGING SUN. Shouldn?t be too hard to put umbrellas or some kind of shade out there - right now you burn yourselfsitting on those metal chairs and then bake in the sun. TERRIBLE experience. 2) I just shared that feedback with an employeethat basically blew me off. He asked that I move away from the door (I?d dragged one of the chairs closer to the door, wherethere was a tiny bit of shade). I politely agreed to do it, but also told him, as feedback for the store, that they shouldconsider shade options outside. He said ?sure? with an attitude clearly intended to express ZERO interest, and walked away. Notonly rude, but also obviously not an employee that understands that without customers, he?s out of a job, and Starbucks is outof business. Read more
I applied here and the supervisor pulled my leg contacting me for an interview with absolutely no follow up despite me... contacting the store/her email NUMEROUS times with my availability to set up said interview. Allegedly she was on vacation, sowhy contact me and just dip?? They allegedly took down my info (DOUBT) so why was i not contacted when she came back? ObviouslyI never got an answer so that?s why I?m writing this Google review. We?re in a pandemic, and it?s hard finding a job. Have somesort of awareness and stop WASTING PEOPLE?S TIME! Read more
I used to come to this location everyday because most of the employees are great. But then one of the employees asked me out and... I politely said no both times. After that their behavior became very rude and a couple of drink orders came out wrong. I am notsaying they messed up the orders intentionally but I have a dietary restriction and dont trust that my drinks are being madeproperly by this employee. I'll be going to a different location from now on. If not for this experience I would give a muchhigher rating. Read more
