Asked employee if they had a bathroom. She said no. How do they go when they need to, in a chicken bucket??

Store is clean. More so than most others. Everything a convenience store should have and then some. Great chicken!

This has got to be the worst farm store in Maryland, the service sucks . I live close by and none of the employees seem like... they want to be there, I?m always waiting 20 minutes plus if I order food even when it?s chicken. How this store has stayed inbusiness is amazing. Usually I will drive out of my way to go to another store. Management needs to get there house in order. Read more

I would not eat the prepared hot food here. I have personally gotten violent food poisoning from chicken I got from this royal... farms. I am a regular customer and decided to take the chance even after witnessing dangerous food handling procedures (I haveworked in nice restaurants kitchens and know safe food handling procedures well) because I have rarely gotten sick from here, but after the worst food poisoning I've ever had... never again! Twice we've stopped here on the way home to grab a quick dinner for the family...both times the sides were COLD. Not just room... temperature, but straight out of the refrigerator cold. I put a thermometer in the middle of my mashed potatoes cup when wegot home and it read 67 degrees! The mac & cheese was at 74. The cups felt warm but as soon as they were opened you could lookat the food and tell it was wrong (grainy instant potatoes are the worst). The first time it happened I called the store to letthem know everything was cold and they gave me an excuse that they were extremely busy and it was just an oversite. This timethere was no one else there, so they can't use that BS excuse. It's a matter of poor management and unsafe food handling. Holding food inside the danger zone is going to get someone sick. Not this family...we're never buying dinners there again...atleast not any sides. Read more
