First time here. Staff was very helpful. Explained the breads. Grandson got chicken cheesesteak it was excellent he said. I... love tuna asked if it was albacore, she said mix and let me sample. It was marvelous. I got a tuna sub withlettuce,tomatoes,onions, and banana peppers. That was an absolutely delicious 200%. Will be traveling to timonium to get subsfrom now on. As I walked up to the store I could hear the music from outside. I walked in and I thought I was at a concert EXTREMELY LOUD... music to were the music actually was distorted. No other customer was there. They were dancing together behind the counter. Theydid greet me. But when it came to making the subs um well let?s say this they threw it together while dancing still it was aWRECK. This used to be a better managed shop this location has tanked. just going to copy what another customer posted and add that we weren?t greeted nor was my wife?s order correct ? 100% done... patronizing such a sloppy location as the employees simply don?t care ?This place has gone downhill significantly. I've beencoming here once a week for over a year. The service used to be very good. It's now garbage. The employees are unacceptably slowand they make the sandwiches out of order (people who order later are given priority over those who order sooner). It's a shamewhat this place has become.?
