I have never been disrespected by a restaurant worker like I was tonight. I am an Uber Driver and came here to pick up a... delivery order. To preface, I don't have control over when I receive offers. I arrived at Firehouse Subs and the door wasunlocked, so I went to walk in. I didn't even get the chance to step in when a worker informed me "we closed 6 minutes ago, dog"and asked if I had already paid. I explained to her that it was an Uber order. She asked "well why are you 6 minutes late then?"I replied saying that I had just received the order and asked calmly if I could still pick up the order. A simple yes or noquestion so one might think. She then said "are you gonna tip me?" At this point, I was beyond angry with the unnecessaryconfrontational attitude and disrespect. Had she just said "sorry we're closed", that could have been that. I will not bereturning here for future deliveries nor for my own patronage as I do not find being talked down to and disrespected conduciveto a good experience at a business. Read more
Your workers are extremely disrespectful. I?ve never eaten here before but I can guarantee you I would never try to again.

Really pleasant experience at this Firehouse, we were greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes, and were treated really... nicely. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious and well presented. We had the cheesesteak sub and the hook andladder, both of which were really good. Would recommend! Read more
Just waited at least ten minutes to order my food, then another 38 MINUTES after paying for my order to get the two sandwiches... that I ordered. RIDICULOUS! When I mentioned how long I had waited when being handed my food I got a "sorry" and a shrug. Mostlikely won't ever be returning to this location, employees have a "I couldn't care less about you or my job" attitude. Verydisappointed. Food was good, service was absolutely horrible. Read more
