Not only did he serve up some of the tastiest southern cuisine but he worked with us andserved our favorite, tacos! After having a few meetings with him, he quickly learned foods that we liked and he came up with themost fun ideas like the hot sauce bar and pickle bar to make our wedding unique in its own ways. Not only did he help with food,but his team worked with our vendors to take care of other tasks throughout the night which helped things flow seamlessly. Hetook the time to perfect the little details such as linen color, decorations, getting extra materials like plates just in casewe needed them and much more. And what we loved the most was his involvement, teamwork, communication and willingness to goabove and beyond for us to help make our day the best ever.
