Picked up 2 bushel of oysters on Friday. Spent about 30 minutes cleaning them off. After that, DELICIOUS. We ate them raw,... scalded, grilled, oyster shooters, etc. The leftovers (1 bushel) will be shucked and fried at some point. These guys are legit.Definitely glad I found them.
