We were in Luray to visit Shenandoah National Park. Before entering the Shenandoah National Park, we were looking for a place to... have a quick breakfast. We decided to do drive through Taco Bell. From the menu we ordered Chicken Chalupa and Chicken PowerBowl. The order was ready in minutes and soon we got our breakfast order. Chicken Chalupa was delicious and amazing. Food was good.... But it wasn't the food I ordered. Granted I had a special request which could have been confusing..... But... every car paid and then was pulled forward with someone bringing out the food.... And the food I received was not the result ofbeing confused on how to make my special order..... It was straight up NOT anything similar to what I ordered.. However, I wasalready 5 minutes down 81S and was NOT turning around. What was in the bag would have been an okay meal had there been even 1pack of any kind of taco sauce? Read more
The audacity of this place to close at 1am. Back in the day, they used to close at 2am. You guys pleased me and my boys for... years but the past 2 years has been upsetting. Other than that you close 30 minutes before every night, which is no excuse inrunning a fast food restaurant when we have actually knocked on the window before closing time and they still deny us service.This is a continuous underwhelming performance that we would like to see a change in. Ordered on the app and got the Crispy Cantina Taco with Avocado Ranch Sauce and it was delicious. Got a Cheesy Bean & Rice and... added extras and it came as ordered. And the toppings on the Nachos Bellgrande were pretty generous. Had a great experience withthe food we received. Read more
Honestly the service was great... they were super busy but made sure that my order was taken care of and HOT.
Looks clean when first walking in. Lots of flies when you sit down inside. I counted about 10+ in my little section.
We eat here weekly or so. The staff are friendly and I appreciate their work ethics. I met the general manager yesterday, Tara,... and she was very helpful and friendly. I?m more likely to go inside instead of drive thru after yesterday?s good encounter.Thank you! Read more
