Restaurant is nice & employee was courteous. I asked for a Turkey & Ham sub. The employee made my sub as requested. This is... a sub i eat frequently. I also travel a ton. When she rang me up my total was over $13. I questioned this as I have neverpaid that much for a Subway Sandwich. When i questioned the employee she stated they do not have a turkey and ham so itsadditional. As she had already ran my card there was nothing she could do. Ordering a Subway Club minus Roast Beef would havebeen cheaper by nearly $4. The person behind me was just as outraged over her total as I was. Every subway I have been to inMichigan has a Turkey/Ham as a local favorite. In other states its not standard and I understand that, those areas have alwaysput it in as a Club minus Roast Beef. If this is the way Subway is going - charge as much as you can i will be going to othersandwich shops. $13 is entirely to expensive for just a standard sandwich - nothing overly special about it. This doesn'teven take into account that this location could not input my rewards card # and basically gave up without an answer. Very verydisappointed. Read more
Subway has been a favorite of mine for a couple of years now, and I only even stepped foot inside out of curiosity. Friendly and... very funny staff, fast service, and wonderful food. My only complaint actually came from the workers. According to them, theirboss is very rude, uncaring, and "could give a f--- less" about their problems such as needing to leave on short notice foremergency trips or family problems. The drive-through is something I would not recommend, and would highly recommend walking ininstead. 4 out of 5. Read more
It took me 35 minutes to get a sub. There was only one person in line ahead of me. The manager was off talking with people at... the adjacent store and the employee who was trying his best to cover mentioned several times that he was sorry because he hadstarted working there a couple hours ago. He was great and did his best! But the help and training he needed was not there andwas goofing off. Read more
