New manager is good. Our food was hot and delivered quickly. Place was clean. Workers respectful. They didn't put side with kids... meal- I guess you are supposed to get it yourself. Perhaps they could make a habit of reminding people. Read more

Before current, my wife and I were very loyal customers of Firehouse Subs. From day one we formed a routine. We would order... our subs (my wife) Hook & ladder hot & tossed meat divide across the sub and Meatball for myself. Always regular and Large. Mosttimes with a side soup, salad or dessert. While order was in process, we walked next door to get our coffee. Neverdisappointed. However, for the past year and a half much has changed. The order is never right, meat is slapped on one end orin the middle. Toppings are wrong most of the time, and the staff play and chat (out loud sometimes) about personal life. Todaywas one of those days. Although, staff quiet our sub was still messy. I can?t continue to pay for such a sloppy meal?. Pleaseget it right! We have very little sub shops in our small, quant, town. But most important, you are losing lots of customers,local and non-local. Read more
This place is disgusting. The floor was sticky with dirt, the bathroom was worse than a nasty gas station bathroom. The drink... dispenser hasn?t been cleaned in probably months. There were boxes scattered everywhere in the dining area. There were threeemployees who were nice enough, but worked at a a snails pace just chatting with each other and playing on their phones inbetween making sandwiches. It took them 20 minutes to make our two subs. When I finally got my order, both sub boxes werefilthy. The sandwiches were basically thrown in the box. At that point my appetite was gone. Food is made very fast and the prices to portion size is good. I love the boxes your subs come in rather than bags which most... places give you. They should explore a wider variety of bread like most all sub places have now. Read more
Heard about this 16 hour slow cooked brisket sub on a CORNBREAD roll over the radio and of course couldnt resist stopping by and... checking it out. Heading back home to Richmond, VA from Tampa, FL I was pretty hungry so I was concerned my hunger would beeating this sub. But it hit the right notes. Unfortunately I didn't get much corn from the roll hence the 4. If that bread wouldhave tasted more like a cornbread then I would have totally given them a 5. On a different note... the staff was amazinglyfriendly. They greeted me all 6 of them the moment I opened the door and all 6 of them said bye have a nice day. That was a nicetouch. Read more
Covid nonsense still a thing here. Employees complaining out loud about other employees not coming to work. Eerie atmosphere... with dead silence aside from the employee complaints. Food was supposed to ready by 1 pm, they started my order at 1:05. 25minutes late. 1 pm lunch, Nov 2022. Dining room and restroom filthy. No toilet paper or paper towels in male restroom. 1 oftwo napkin dispensers in dining area out. Read more
