Reviews for Lim Fongs in Mt Holly, NJ
Have been getting food here for over 45 years. Always delicious! Lots to choose from and friendly staff. Inside could use a... little sprucing up but definitely worth the trip. A must stop for Chinese food! Read more
The food had taste, and that was good. The portions were great. I may never go to that buffet down the street ( on 38) again
The most disgusting thing I have ever experienced! No meat in the Egg Foo young and under done! Don't ask for well done because... they under cook it anyway!!! Never again!! And they overload with ONIONS to make up the quantity!! Read more
Best Chinese in the neighboring towns by far! General TSO chicken is amazing, just the right amount of sweet and the chicken is... nice and tender and NOT chewy. The Cream Cheese wontons are out of this world! Adorable as well, 2 entrees and wontons for only$30 and 2 sweet teas! Amazing for this time. Definitely will be trying more dishes soon! Read more
Worse beef and broccoli I've ever had. Same goes for the beef on a stick. If that meat came from a cow I would really be... surprised. The meat has a weird texture and the sauce sucked. Never again for this place! Read more
So I came here because I was getting my nails done next door at Lush. I stopped in around 3 pm, I noticed they had an award for... being voted the best in 2021. I came in and ordered Pepper Steak and a few items accompanied by my sister. First they messed ourorder up 2 times. We ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken for her husband and they gave us Teriyaki Chicken. Instead of correcting itand making the correct food and taking back the Teriyaki Chicken they just handed us, they insisted we take it. It's not what weordered, why should we take it? But we don't like causing a fuss so we took it, and her husband liked it and ate it happily. Mysister had to go back in for soy sauce, and the sauce for the meals she ordered. Then when we checked the bag we noticed the newregister employee forgot to ring up my sisters food and we had left. So I called and ordered again and waited 20 minutes, pickedthat up as well. When I got home I opened the pepper steak and noticed the "beef" was a weird color. It looked like boiled pork(the meat was gray and tinged pink), and I was so confused. In what world would beef look like boiled pork? In what kind ofrestaurant would Pepper Steak have pork substituted? This matters because I'm a very visible Muslim woman, and I do not expectpeople to know what I can and can't eat. But Muslims do not eat pork. So I had my sister and her husband who are not Muslim tryit, and they said it was most definitely pork. I feel very very disappointed that someone would switch the beef for pork in thefood I ordered. I don't know why someone would do that. I did enjoy the vegetable fried rice and the egg drop soup. But Iwouldn't recommend going especially if they do things like what they did to my food. Food is sacred, it's what we need tosurvive and the fact that they did that to my food for whatever reason is reason enough to never return. The worst part was I'mvisiting Jersey for the first time, and I never got to have East Coast Chinese food before Read more
Had the beef with snow peas. The veg was cooked perfectly, still had all the individual flavors while being in a delicious sauce... for the beef that was tender and delicious. I will have to try the rest of there menu, Read more
Woulda got 5 stars but the little yellow mustard packets are supposed to be spicy and they weren't. This was the best chinese... meal I've had in quite a while though. You won't find a better meal for the price. Read more
