This place is a very good place to eat. The establishment has fast service, great customer service, and great deals. They have 3... big fish as well! The establishment also has extra sauce packets and utensils available to take as you please (as long as itisn't excessive!) The only less-than-admirable thing about my visit was that there was no air conditioning in there and it wasabout 90°F. The air was hot and humid. I'm not sure if the establishment *has* air conditioning or not, but overall a greatplace to either buy takeout or eat at. They even have delivery! Read more
Food is good. They still have a lot of COVID restrictions in place which I think are about 6 months behind the times. So no dine... in. And when you pick up you have to actually call them and then they'll put the food in a bin for you when it's ready. Read more
We order pretty regularly and this is the best Chinese food around. The food has been consistently wonderful, always hot, and... tastes as if cooked and eaten on the spot. Additionally the staff is wonderful, and always willing to go above and beyond forthe consumer. The extent of their wonderful customer service isn?t only limited to inside the restaurants, and extends to thedelivery drivers as well. The food arrives on time, or earlier, and the driver is always happy and professional. It a personal favorite! I stop here whenever I'm at the comic book store and looking for a meal. The food is good. They have... great portion sizes and reasonable prices, so its great for me for a quick bite and also great for when in ordering for a bunchof friends. Read more
Ka Wah hands down has the BEST food! My husband and I order from here quite often and have been for years. The customer service... is ALWAYS great and we have never had any such issues as the comments state below. Our food is always delicious (or else wewould not be repeat customers). I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to others, because we would never go anywhere else! Read more
I already know what's going on. Some people have called their friends or family members to slander. If you really order food or... the service is not good, I will do a good self-examination. But there are some People would do such unreasonable things toslander us. Today you called four friends to comment on our bad service and bad food. I can definitely say that the guests whoordered the food these days are all I know . What you call a poor service woman who answers the phone. I am the one who answersthe phone. If I could give zero stars I would. My food was horrible. My noodles were crunchy and my chicken was like rubber. When I tried... to call to inform them of the poor quality of their food I was met with no answer. When I finally got an answer the lady on theother end of the phone was rude and very disrespectful. Was not willing to even listen to my concerns and simply blamed me fortheir poor quality of food. Horrible horrible food service. They need to reconsider who they have in the front of the storehandling their customer service. It?s clearly costing the company business.
