If you golf to relax this is a great spot to do so. For the most part the course is maintained well and has just enough hazards... to keep it interesting. Best part is the staff and fellow golfers are courteous and respectful. Good bang for the buck as well. Read more
Challenging community course in Luling. The facilities looked really nice. The course is a lot of fun to play and the cost... wasn't bad. You can tell this course and the area are still recovering from Hurricane Ida. A couple of points ofdisappointment. The course gladly took our reservation without mentioning that the driving range was closed and that they hadrecently punched the greens (it's common courtesy to at least mention these things when someone calls to book a tee time). Also, during the hottest time of the year, the course doesn't have water coolers out on the course (or at least we didn'texperience any). As an out-of-towner, it was unique to see so many residents playing around the golf course. Groups of kidsride the golf holes with their bikes while you're playing and community members cut through holes with their golf carts multipletimes during our round. We still had a great time and I look forward to playing it again in the future. Read more
Grand Ridge Golfing has never been better. Under new ownership the course has been reworked top to bottom. We all know that 5... years ago (around 2015) previous owners had lost the vision, but that is no longer the case. The significant improvementsincluding the club, pool and grill makes this a gem for the public to rediscover. I have to add that the restaurant at the clubprobably has the best burgers around. And let's face it how do you say some place has the best burgers around? I'm not surewhere they get their patties, because we're talkin about burgers but you know what when burgers are done right they're prettyspecial. They also have a solid menu besides that but I just wanted to give them a shout out! Read more
Grand Ridge is in excellent condition. I've played there many times growing up in the area and it was in the best condition I... have ever seen it. I would put the greens against most courses in LA. Great job Read more

Nice family oriented country club. Different kind of old golf course with mature trees and challenging greens. I particularly... like the back 9 as it winds through the woods and swamp. Stan and George in the club house are great guys. Read more
I have been a member for the past 2 years and loved it from day one. I was always welcomed from the first day I went. I love... having a local bar, food, pool, tennis, gym, volleyball and nice gathering place. Don't want to forget the golf course, I don'tpersonally play gulf but its a beautiful course to look at! Extremely nice course, greens and fairways are in great shape. I would definitely love to return for another round.
