My mom and I just came here. I love this store anyways and have always had a good experience even when they are super busy.... Today we came and it was pretty busy and pouring rain. We got our food in a decent amount if time, hot and delicious! Worst Wing Stop EVER!!!!! The girls at the front register just carry conversations while people wait to be served. Wings are... never all seasoned just partial, ask for well done wings and they fail on that. Management doesn't give a care in the world, andthe owners of this establishment should really consider a whole entire new crew. You have 15 employees in the back while only 2are working and the rest just chatter and are oblivious to customer satisfied. As previously stated this is the WORST Wing Stopever. Put in an online order stated it would be ready in 21 to 30 mins. Got there 30 minutes after, and still had to wait 20minutes for the food. The restaurant was NASTY!! The floors had puddles of water all over them. No trash cans available to throw trash away. No... napkins available. The teenagers running the place showed little to no concern for anything and were not helpful at all. We willnot be returning to this location! Read more

Unprofessional and unfriendly service. No greeting no smiles. I walked in and waited. A young lady is counting money in register... with no greeting or may I help you. Finally one approached the front desk with a dry serious voice. My 10 year old grandsonsaid ?let?s not come out here anymore? plus the buffalo wing tasted like plain chicken. I will not return to thisestablishment. As I waited I notice they gave the lady after me, the same unfriendly treatment. As I waited and peeked intothe kitchen, what seems to be the manager is caring a conversation what looks like laughing and carrying on while customers arewaiting to be helped. To top it all of my grandson wanted a drink but he decided on water since he was thirsty. They charged me2.37$ for the cup they said. I hope the regional director pays close attention to the reviews. I paid for a 30 piece wing and gave instructions to please make sure all the wings have Parmesan seasoning on them not just the... top three wings. I also paid for two cups of extra Parmesan Seasoning. I get home and my wings only have seasoning on a fewwings and they didn?t put the extra seasoning in the bag. This is my third try with the Lufkin store and the last time, I willnever go back. It cost to much to not get Quality food. I blame the owners and management for not making sure that their storeis doing the best to keep people coming back. Quality product!! Looks like I?ll be at Buffalo wild wings??????????? Read more

I ordered on call I kindly asked for a 15 piece with a side of fries and she put down the phone and said ?I?m not taking that... call? and something else after that and then accused me for screaming at her but then some kind lady come and took our order andour food was pretty good Read more

I?ve came in the day and evenings and it?s so much more different in the day. Your employees are nicer and are very helpful.... I?ve never encountered anyone rude. If I have a mistake in my order they correct it with a smile. Read more
