I have to give a 4 star cause the last visit we ordered a cinnamon roll but didn't receive it. To their credit we weren't... charged for it. The roll wasn't on our order slip. The drive thru sound wasn't working very well. Read more

I love whataburger. Food is always good. Used the app to order breakfast. Said it would be ready at 820 am got there at 825... and nothing was ready and they almost forgot the cinnamon rolls! Everyone was nice, food was good. App and local store not insync. Read more
I went to Whataburger two times in one day. Once after work for a shake & a brownie, and again for a late night snack. Both... times, I was greeted by Leslie's purple hair and bright demeanor ... So even thru double time & over time, the girl stillshines? A man took my order at the drive thru, and l was hoping the burger & fries would match his voice, and it didtoo....Hot, good & satisfying. I found out later that it was the manager Ron ....Hey boi heyyyyyy.lol Last but not least,there was Jonathan. ???? percent REAL I hope to keep getting his type of service times a hundred & may this place be blessed bythe BEST, and that is by the LORD Christ Jesus.....Amen ???? We waited for an hour for our order. The whole time watching several people leave without their orders and people get their... orders well before we did, despite coming into line after us. We had two sandwiches, two drinks, and a shake. Finally anemployee came out only to say they thought we left, when we had pulled forward exactly like they told us to. Waited another 15minutes just to have them bring half of our order to us. If we hadn't paid ahead of time we would have just left like many ofthe other customers. Visiting from TN a few weeks ago and decided to eat dinner here. The cashier didn't speak a word to me. Just stood there while I... gave my order. They weren't that busy, but my food sat on the counter between the kitchen and cashiers counter until I finallywalked up there and asked for it. Food looked good, but was just ok. I ended up sick all night, but can't say for sure it wasfrom their food. Read more
Went through the drive thru this morning... only one in line, had to wait to place my order. While placing my order, I asked... for a #21 breakfast on a bun with bacon, add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo, with a large 3/4 sweet 1/4 unsweetened tea...she reads back...BOB with sausage and a 1/2 & 1/2 tea. No ma'am... with bacon and a 3/4 sweet and 1/4 unsweetened tea. Get upto pay and watch her fill my drink with mostly unsweetened tea. I asked her for the tea like I wanted and she said "that's howwe do it here"... I said... you pour it yourself why can't I get it like I want??? So after I caught an attitude from themorning manger lady I just left. When I went to look at my BOB there was very little bacon... not a happy start to my morning. Read more
