Very fast and friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. Delicious!
This popeyes is very busy and the drive thru was long but I went inside and everyone was nice far as customer service. Also the... place was clean and organized. We had a little wait but it's worth it for fresh hot chicken and it was great the crunch andjuicy bite also had the beans and rice to me not enough beans. The biscuit was hard but we go for the chicken lol not the sidessometimes But in all great chicken and try the sandwich also always a good choice. Read more
Cashier and manager was very helpful and motivating to the staff. She showed knowledge, managerial skills to handle constant... customers needs, employees work flow the areas of take out, dine in and drive thru customers. Very exceptional qualities. I ordered on the app, 4 piece fried chicken combo meal and one extra side, then drove to the store and went through the drive... thru. When I got it there were two drumsticks and no thigh. Supposed to be breast, thigh, wing, drumstick. I asked about themissing thigh, the woman at the window said they were out of thighs so they gave me two drumsticks. Thighs won't be ready for afew minutes. I asked for a refund but they did not give me one, the manager said I would have to get a refund through theapp??? I ended up waiting, since they refused the refund, and they stuck a thigh in the box and I left. NO I'm sorry, Noapology, No Thank You, Nothing! We ordered a family box white meat spicy. We got a family box with 9 wings and 2 breasts. Not a good mix for a family. Food was... good but not allot of concern for variety or sort of spicy chicken lol. Read more
