I called and spoke to a very friendly lady to order the cookie cake for my little boys 9th birthday. I told her what I wanted... it to say, told her the theme, and tried to describe the picture, but words failed me. Well, the decorator and staff READ MYMIND. Good cookies. Expensive. If you plan on ordering a custom made cookie cake, make sure you are specific as possible when... describing what you want on it. I thought I was clear I wanted the exact same cake as the one in the display, but I guess not.My order was wrong with no offer to fix it.
