Have had a few too many times of cold food they love to bring me!! Every time is 45 minutes + and last time even though it was... ordered 2 hours in advance they screwed it up totally different than I ordered!! So they now have one less thing to worryabout!! I got a meat lover's pizza a couple days ago and it was burnt to the point I cant believe they gave it to me. It had no flavor... at all and the sauce was bland. Between them, town pizza, sianos and husky pizza, I give up on the takeout here in the IO area.It's sad that everywhere is going downhill fast. I hope these places get better, tho I'll never know. I have finally had it with this place. It really doesn?t matter how I order from this place, whether I call to pick up, call for... delivery , or even use grub hub or door dash; something always goes wrong with my order. They really need to fix theirdisorganised ways. My food has been wrong, or it takes 2 hours to deliver, or they give my order to the wrong drivers. And thefood isn?t even that great. If they shortened up their menu by about 200 freakin items than maybe they would be able toconcentrate on better quality food. Read more
DO NOT eat here if you have a food ALLERGY! They will NOT accommodate and you WILL get sick. Absolutely unacceptable! To add... insult to injury, the owner LIED to Slice saying my order, which I canceled, was delivered. It wasn't. So now I get to deal withyet another hassle to get a refund. NEVER again. Update from later in the evening: they eventually did end up dropping off thefood, even after I told them repeatedly to cancel because they couldn't accommodate a very simple allergy request. So, the ownerdidn't lie after all and I wanted to clear that part up. It was still a hassle, and he told me they won't honor the allergyrequest again. Not like I'll be ordering here again anyway. Thankfully Slice understood the severity of the food allergy issueand refunded me. I also want to add that I fully support local businesses, so this whole situation was just very disappointing.I don't like having to cross any of them off my list, so to speak. That said, I'm in hopes Ludlow pizza will take this moment asa learning opportunity in the importance of food allergies/ safe preparation. Read more

Not good. Ordered a Margherita Pizza, it was not great and I?ve never seen cheese to be white like that after it?s been baked.... Didn?t get any basil like it said in the ingredients for this pizza. Their fried dough bites were like cardboard with dried outchunky powdered sugar that was just dumped on top. Never gonna order here again. Read more
