This BK could not have been better! It was clean, Kev at the register was friendly and helpful, and the food was hot and crispy.... Asked for a whopper jr. meal with heavy pickles and ketchup, get home and it?s an old whopper jr. that looks like it had been... sitting under the warmer for hours and cold onion rings and tenders. There was MOLD all over our sandwhich!!! So disgusting. Called the store and was told to call the office to complain? no ?sorry... for mold? no ?would you like a refund??? contacted support and they offered a $5 coupon as if we?re going back anytime soon! Iwork in fast food at Wendy?s and this is absolutely appalling. My store has actual standards!!! We would NEVER serve anyonemold!! And if we did we would be BEGGING for forgiveness! Offering free things left and right, giving up a kidney!! This isdisgusting. Worst part is we didn?t notice until it was half way gone. Went through the drive thru in a non busy hour and ordered a rodeo king meal, came out to around $15, at first they forgot the... bacon and Mayo, went in and they ?fixed it up? lady at the front told me it doesn?t come with Mayo even though it does. AnywaysI get the new one back and noticed that it only had a single patty instead of one and no onion rings :( and no bbq sauce. but Icouldn?t drive back twice so just accepted it. Chris the manager at night is great as well as the women at the drive-through. They discontinued the side salad. I have been... going to this Burger King for five years. I would get a side salad in eight piece chicken every night. The eight piece chickenwent from one dollar to $1.49 and today it went to $1.99. They also reduced the 10 piece chicken to an 8 Piece chicken waybefore any of the other burger kings did. They gouge you there in the only reason I would continue to go is the nice people. Butbecause of the price increase I will not go again. You just lost a daily customer. Read more
Went here at 9pm near the end of a long drive. It was clean, the food came out quickly and was hot, and the employee at the... counter was kind - even said ?have a good night? on our way out. Literally no complaints. I ordered a medium and it was toobig! Thanks Ludlow BK! Read more
