We had a wonderful dinner for our anniversary. The table was ready and waiting at the reserved time. The prime rib was cooked to... perfection, the salad was fresh, and dessert tiramisu was delicious. Our server Evette was incredible she didn?t rush us, I toldher we not in a hurry and she listened! We didn?t have to wait but never felt rushed. All and all a great experience we will beback. Read more
We had reservations for a party of 6 (2 kids) at 6:30. We ordered an appetizer, that arrived at 7:50. The manager came over and... was extremely awful, she stated our order wasn?t put in until 7:15, at that point I tried to tell her that was wrong, we orderedjust after 6:30. Our dinner never came out until 8:15. The restaurant was not overly busy and definitely appeared to have plentyof staff.when our food came out it came 1 plate at a time. One of the kids meals was the last thing out and our first personserved was finished with their food at that point. The table next to us was seated, a party of 2 and no one ever waited on them.The Timbers will need to up their game to stay busy.we have previously eaten here, and the male manager was amazing and we hadno issues. First impression thought I was arriving at a funeral; super dark Started with small Caesar and bruschetta I wish the small... salad plate was even just a inch bigger and the lip was deeper cause salad was sliding off the plate every time I tried to stabthe lettuce. The balance of everything was good just will ask for less croutons next time The bruschetta was beautifullyplated The bread delicious had a good crunch The bruschetta I wish had more acidity to it though; honestly tasted like stewedtomatoes nothing more. Good portion though. Doesn?t taste like any garlic was used in it at all For my entree I ordered the 16ounce prime rib with rice pilaf and roasted vegetable. Out the get looked amazing but unfortunately the vegetable had noseasoning what so ever. And the portioning for sides is odd; was expecting for $9 the vegetable portion would be bigger thenthe rice portion that was only $5 The rice was cooked good just hoped it could have a dash of salt and lil bit thicker The primerib cooked good but really wish the crust was something Like salt pepper rosemary is cute and all but it needs to pop to make mewant to come back The sauce with it was delicious Server was really nice and very intentive with menu; i wanted a dry age steakbut unfortunately they were currently out. Timbers Prime opened in the old Luciano?s just nine days ago and has already made a positive impact. The restaurant got a quick... refresh and feels fresh and clean and they hit the ground running. The steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked, lobster tailtender, appetizers great. We were all so impressed by the service, wine and meal - this is the restaurant Ludington needed. Youcan go big and get a tomahawk/lobster tails or scale down with a flatbread, great salad with grilled options on top and theydidn?t mind two of us sharing an entree. Hands down the best service I?ve ever experienced and the food was amazing as well! Personally I enjoyed the apple bourbon glaze... pork chop? delicious! Superb service and the best filet mignon that I've had in years and I am a lover of this cut! I get it often when I dine out but... this steak was above and beyond! I chose sautéed mushrooms as my side and added grilled onions. We also enjoyed the shrimpcocktail and the Caesar salad. We will be back for sure! Wow Read more
