I swear this place has changed every time I've been in because I go so infrequently. The employee named Zach needs to be retrained amd taught how to work in the customer service industry and how to LISTEN to... customers. He just grabbed a bread without asking which one I wanted and didn't ask what size I wanted, he just automaticallystarted making a foot long. This was the worst sub I have ever had. We both had Flatbread with turkey and provolone. The bread was dry, the cheese was not... even visible. I do not think it got heated. This sub had absolutely NO flavor at all. Usually I can taste the mayo. Wondering if that was added. We definitely will not be going back anytime soon. Read more
